Vacation Better For Less!

Timeshare and vacation condo/villa properties have spoiled the majority of vacationers to the point that ordinary hotel rooms just don’t cut it anymore. We have learned there is a way to vacation better.

Luxuries like fully furnished kitchens with granite countertops, walk-in closets, and large living rooms, in addition to separate bedrooms have made vacations a truly relaxing getaway! In the past, the only way to access properties like this was to buy a timeshare (or know someone who owned a timeshare).

Timeshares ARE NOT the Way to Vacation Better

And as many people know, not only does the timeshare cost tens of thousands of dollars upfront, but the continuing maintenance fees never go away – and for most properties the maintenance fees continue to rise annually!

There is a New Way To Vacation Better

As times change, so do products. There is now a product available for vacationers that allow you to travel to these same beautiful resorts and stay in these same luxurious accommodations and pay less than what most timeshare owners pay for their annual maintenance fee alone!   Also, there are no reoccurring fees, EVER!

Make a resolution in 2015 to save more money (even if you vacation in ordinary hotel rooms) – without missing out on the luxury and relaxation that you deserve! Vacation better by setting up an appointment to learn about the no hassle way that is a smarter approach to your next trip.

So Much Better Than Hotels, And For LESS MONEY!

I want to express how happy my husband and I are to be a part of this way of vacationing, having fun, AND SAVING MONEY!!  We can book a week away from home in a very nice resort that is much bigger and SO much better than hotels and we pay less money for them!

We’ve been to Branson a couple of times, Mexico a few times and Las Vegas several times and several other places.  Each has been equipped with 2 and 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (and better bathrooms than I have in my home!).

There are TVs in each room – some have even been in bathrooms where one can enjoy relaxing in a Jacuzzi tub while watching my favorite TV program!)  All the kitchens have been well supplied with a cook range, refrigerator, dishwasher, plus pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc. and all that is needed to prepare a full hot or cold meal.

As much as we travel, these vacation homes have become like a 2nd home to us.

We love them!

5 Tips for Renting a Vacation Condo

Some people have stayed at condos for vacations their entire life, but there are others who are relatively new to renting a condo. Recently our family took a vacation and stayed at a condo on Navarre Beach. If you are planning your first vacation in a beach condo, there are a few things to remember for your rental.

Book Early:

To get the best options for your condo, start checking sites like VRBO.com as early as possible. Many condos have specific requirements for when you can arrive and how long you must stay. In order to get the best option for your family, start your booking process early.
Once you find a unit you are interested in, email the owner. Don’t be afraid to ask for discounts or recommendations of other units if your first choice is not available.

Take pictures:

The first thing to do when you enter your new condo is to take out your phone and snap pictures. Not only will this allow you to document the condition of the condo in case there are issues when you leave, but it will also help you remember how everything is decorated. When we leave a condo we want to have all the pillows and decorations back in the same place we found them. Taking pictures helps us return the condo to its original condition when we are ready to check out.
